Regardless of your college major we are seeking highly driven-goal orientated graduates (graduated within the last 12 months with a 3.0 or higher GPA) to join our team as an LO Trainee which shortly transitions into a mortgage loan originator.
Once you?ve completed your paid 3 week classroom training in Sunny Southern California, you will be assigned to a branch office in your home area with one of Prospects finest mentors.
With a leadership team that has been together over 20 years, Prospect is looking for future stars and there isn?t a better opportunity that offers an unlimited financial ceiling than that of a loan originator.? You?ll gain responsibility for developing new business and maintaining current relationships. Prospect will teach you how to effectively communicate, influence and interact with all types of customers, vendors and co-workers.? You?ll learn proper sales techniques from the industries finest.
